Steve R., (the owner of Medford Construction Inc.) joined the Carpenters Union in San Jose, CA. Completing the required four years apprenticeship program to become a journeyman carpenter, Steve quickly moved up the ranks to become foreman and then superintendent of many commercial and residential projects over a 17 year period.
Obtaining a California Contractors Lic. # 611465 in 1991 (“A” General Engineering & “B” General Building) Steve recognized the importance of a satisfied customer and the referral business that follows.
This was the basis and the success of operation for our California business called S.R. Construction & Engineering.
Leaving the thriving business In California, Steve and his family moved to Medford Oregon for a better quality of life and obtained a new company name of Medford Construction Inc. Oregon Lic. # 153183.
